Who will get custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline after Britney exits rehab?
If Kevin Federline decides to fight for custody, he has a strong case against Britney Spears and may very well win after Britney’s latest antics including checking in and leaving rehab a day later twice, partying all night and puking in public, exposing her genitals for paparazzi while partying with Paris Hilton 3 days in a row, shaving her head, and attacking an SUV outside Kevin’s home with an umbrella.
Britney has made Kevin look like the responsible and sane one, but can he handle and more importantly, does he want to handle the responsibility that will comes along with raising two tots himself? Kevin is known for his love of partying and small kids kind of put a damper on that. If he got custody of the kids, he’d probably hire full time nannies and let their grandma Lynn babysit them frequently.
Kevin has brought the kids to rehab to visit Britney and there is even talk of reconciliation. Does Britney really want to reconcile with Kevin or is she just confused?
In this case it is really hard to tell who is better for physical custody for the boys. Both parents of the two tots are hard partiers, especially Britney.
