Jamie Lynn Spears, star of Nickelodeon’s Zoey 101 and little sister of Britney Spears has confirmed her pregnancy! What a great role model she is for young girls!
There were earlier rumors that Jamie Lynn was knocked up, but that was dismissed as just rumors. Turns out the rumors were true and Jamie is a going to be a teenage mother.
Is she gonna be another unwed teenage mother or will there be a shotgun wedding?
The father is 19 year old Casey Aldridge. Supposedly, they met at church strangely enough. Don’t churches warn against being an unwed pregnant teen? Maybe churches don’t teach about premarital sex anymore.
Jamie Lynn said she was shocked when she found out and when she broke the news to her Mom Lynne, she was shocked too but is being supportive of her baby having a baby.
Hopefully she will be a better Mom than her sister Britney. She is planning to raise the kid in Louisiana, so it can “have a normal life.” Don’t know if it’s possible to have a “normal” life in the Spears family, but she can dream, can’t she?
Nothing short of a pregnancy would have catapulted Jamie Lynn into the spotlight instead of her headline staple sister Britney. Jamie better be careful so she doesn’t end up as bad of a trainwreck as her sister. She’s already on the cover of OK! magazine after giving an exclusive interview about her pregnancy.
Britney will have to do something pretty outrageous to top her little sister. She pretty much has already done everything, it’s hard for people to be shocked by her.

hey I dont think its that bad a lot of teenagers get pregnant and the legal age of consent is 16 within an age difference and the guy is only 3 years older its not rape if anything it would be satutory rape. But just because she made a mistake or did it on purpose does not mean she has to have everyone bitching at her all the time.
