Anne Heche and estranged husband Coley Laffoon both accuse each other of being unfit parents.
Anne and Coley married in 2001 and have one son together, Homer. They seperated this year and Anne is dating her Men In Trees co-star James Tupper who is also legally married. They claim that their romance isn’t what ended their marriages. But who knows.
Coley filed court papers recently basically saying that his estranged wife is crazy. He said Anne exibited bizarre and delusional behavior, was an unfit parent and needs a psychiatric evaluation. He claims he was the one who was raising their son and doing everything for him while Anne could barely spend time with him because of her starring role in Men In Trees. He quit his job to be a stay at home Dad and care for Homer while Anne was the bread winner. He wants primary custody of their son and $33,000 a month in child support.
In response, Anne shot back with her own court papers basically saying that Coley is a money hungry liar and an unfit parent himself. She stated that his lies were heinous and that instead of watching their son Homer like he was supposed to, he was watching porn all day instead. She says the reason he even filed the court documents was because she wouldn’t give in to his monetary demands.
Several years ago, Anne made headlines by completely going off her rocker and showing up at a strangers house claiming she was abducted by aliens.
