Scary, ugly, druggie Pete Doherty was arrested again on drug charges after performing in the V Festivals in London.
He had been told he would serve time behind bars for any further drug arrests, but that is not the case.
Junky Pete was released and all charges dropped because he was not brought to trial within 24 hours.
Now he can get back to snorting cocaine.

There’s also rumors Kate Moss is getting back together with the fugly dude.. Goes to show what a crack head Kate is. Hey, crackheads go good together.
