Lindsay Lohan and Shirley MacLaine’s next movie, “Poor Things” has been cancelled because of rehabing party girl Lindsay’s behavior.
They should be already working on the movie, but Lindsay’s car crashing into a curb, which left her being cited for DUI and cocaine possession and checking into rehab pushed back the project.
Then after a long stint in rehab Lindsay leaves wearing an alcohol monitoring bracelet on her ankle and goes straight back to party at the clubs, fresh out of rehab. Some people have reported that Lindsay is not getting drunk, but she finding ways to get high. And the insurance companies don’t really wanna insure an actress like that.
This is the email that went out to all the cast and crew waiting for Lindsay to get out of rehab so they could finally begin work:
” ‘Poor Things’ has been cancelled,” said, “Sorry to be the harbinger of bad news, but I just received a call from Jacky Gilardi, the producer, pulling the plug on the ill-fated film.
“Apparently, Ms. Lohan’s antics in Las Vegas over the weekend have scared the bond companies and all of the funding has been pulled . . . I look forward to working together in the future and trust our next project will not be as fraught with difficulty.”
Bet Lindsay is the favorite person right now for a lot of people. Ya know, lots of people were counting on working on this film and they very well may have families and kids they need to support. Now move on to the next project…preferably one with no die hard straight from rehab to clubs party girl.
