Instead of a wild party celebrating her big 2-1, Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 21st birthday in rehab. She did leave rehab along with some bodyguards so she could do some birthday shopping.
And somebody wanted to make sure Lindsay had a happy birthday, gifting her with an iPhone since she’s off the pills now.
