Britney has gotten her wish it seems. It has been appearing for quite a while as if Britney Spears was begging Kevin Federline to sue for full custody of their two sons by her outrageous behavior.
And finally, he has done just that. His attorney, Mark Kaplan filed legal papers this afternoon seeking more custody for Kevin. The papers are sealed so nobody knows if he is seeking more than 50% custody or full custody. Currently, the ex spouses are splitting custody 50/50.
Kevin who has a rep himself for his partying ways has been playing it smart and lying low and acting as a concerned father. Britney, on the other hand, has been a permanent fixture of every single tabloid with her antics.
Let’s review some of the highlights she has made the cover of tabloids since her seperation from K-Fed.
She checked herself in and out of rehab in under 24 hours 2 times, then a third time for a longer period of time. She shaved her head and got a tattoo on impulse in front of cameras. She parties all night and sleeps all day, having her kids raised by others. She showed her crotch to the Paps 3 nights straight. She beat up a car with an umbrella.
She violated an agreement from her divorce that she would not leave the state without Kevin’s approval. She violated an agreement from her divorce that she would have a Nanny with her at all times when she travelled. She refuses to let her Mom see her kids and tells her kids her Mom is a “bad lady” when they ask to see her.
She was caught AGAIN driving with her son on her lap instead of a carseat. She trashed a mansion she was viewing. She stripped off her clothes in public to get in the ocean water. She had a disasterous “interview” with ‘OK’ magazine with tons of bizarre behavior. She stole over $200,000 worth of goods from ‘OK’ magazine. She had a similar incident with ‘Allure’ magazine even though they were trying to help her make a “comeback.” She got into a screaming match with a fan’s mother. (She has a fan?!) She threatened to kill and threw a baby bottle at two cameramen. She has been reported to hand over her kids to anyone who happens to be near including store clerks. (Anyone but her Mother, that is) She is rarely home with the kids and even when she has the kids, someone else is usually taking care of them instead of her. She feeds her sons soda in bottles, then upset by the yellow color they are turning, she tried to get a dentist to whiten Sean’s teeth. And then her drunken night with a college student who sold his story to the tabloids. She stayed up all night partying even though she was scheduled to get the boys at noon.
Whew! That was exhausting.
Everyone has been warning Britney that Kevin was worried about their sons and if she didn’t calm down, he would sue her for more custody. But instead of calming down, she just got more and more outrageous.
Either 1: she wanted him to get full custody so she could have her party lifestyle back with no kid problems. 2: she believed he was bluffing and would not really sue for custody. 3: never believed he could get more custody. or 4: just didn’t care
Now it will be up to a family court judge.
