Joe Francis, only famous for being the creator of Girls Gone Wild, which has turned him into a multi-millionaire has been arrested.
He was arrested at the Panama City airport this morning. For a short time, he was a fugitive after failing to turn himself in by a deadline given by a judge. After talking with his attorneys who talked with authorities, he had planned to voluntarily turn himself in, but was arrested before he did.
Joe looks as arrogant as ever with that ugly smile plastered on his face as if he had just won an award. Maybe in the future, he will be more careful to make sure the girls he tapes are at least 18 years old. Then again, he looks like he enjoys getting arrested.
