The fate of little Dannielynn Hope Marshall Smith Stern is still in question. Apparently, legal father Howard K. Stern is worried he will be ordered to give a DNA sample, so he is having behind the scenes talks with most probable father Larry Birkhead to try to come to an agreement before the courts get involved.
For some reason, Howard K. Stern still hasn’t been ordered to give Dannielynn’s DNA for paternity testing. Birkhead’s attorney pleaded with the Florida court that had custody of Anna Nicole’s body to demand a DNA sample, but the judge said that wasn’t in his jurisdiction.
Larry Birkhead is the only potential father who seems to legitimately care about the well being of Dannielynn. Larry urged Anna Nicole to go to rehab while she was pregnant so her drug use wouldn’t harm the unborn baby while Howard on the other hand was giving her methadone. If Howard really cared about the baby, why would he enable Anna Nicole to take methadone during her pregnancy?
The permanent custody of little Dannielynn needs to be taken care of ASAP for her emotional well being. She already lost her mother and brother, now she needs her father so she can bond with him instead of getting more attached to Bahamian nannies which she will have to eventually give up.
Some judge, somewhere just needs to order the DNA test, find out for sure who the father is, and let Dannielynn get settled.
