Surprise, surprise, Nicole Richie is preggers. Rumors have been going around for many weeks that The Simple Life star is pregnant by boyfriend Joel Madden, which no one has denied (or confirmed).
Rumors are also swirling that Richie got pregnant to avoid jail. She has to face the judge for her DUI arrest to learn her fate for driving while intoxicated and driving going the wrong way on the street. She became even more nervous after friend Paris Hilton was actually sentenced to prison time for violating probation on her DUI case.
The daughter of Lionel Richie is hoping that the judge will have sympathy on a pregnant woman and not send her to prison.
Now, Nicole just needs to learn how to eat if she wants her body to support a healthy fetus.
