Britney Spears was supposed to be at court at 10am for a deposition in her ongoing legal battle with Kevin Federline and his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan…but she couldn’t make it. She said she couldn’t make it because she was sick.
Supposedly, Britney was having major anxiety with all her papparazzi friends outside her home and that was the reason she was sick. About 11am K-Fed’s attorney was notified that Britney wasn’t showing up.
Her pal Sam Lufti said that she was having high anxiety and all the press was too much.
